Our delicious Pin Bone Out, Head On option offers an endless variety of recipe uses. The Chilean Rainbow Trout is eviscerated and backboned, with the rib cage removed. We then remove all of the pesky pin bones, while leaving the head and tail intact. (Please note, however, this product is not cut to be 100% boneless.)
